Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient - License Required

Overview Due to growth, Empower Physical Therapy is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Anchorage, AK. Full‑time is preferred, 40 hours per week are available. Part‑time candidates with a minimum of 16 hours and 2 weekdays of availability will also be considered. This is a staff level position, with a path to management available for interested candidates. The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. New grad Physical Therapists will be supported and mentored. Caseload / Patient Population The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload, vestibular and pelvic floor cases are available. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team! The expectation for full‑time is to see 44 patients per week. All care is 1‑on‑1 provided during 45‑minute sessions. Provider autonomy over schedule. No overlapping of patients unless you as the therapist see the need for your patient to stay longer. Compensation The compensation for this full‑time position starts at $95,000, but with experience expect to make over $100,000.
