The RN Cardiology Care Coordinator communicates and collaborates closely with physicians and other members of the health care team to provide consistent quality care for patients. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the RN Cardiology Care Coordinator accepts responsibility and accountability for assigned patients as a care manager to plan implement and evaluate the care for patients. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nursing National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
