Staff Psychiatrist

Staff Psychiatrist (PCN 065282M) – Anchorage, AK Open to all applicants. Position Overview Provide psychiatric care in an acute inpatient setting as a full‑time, board‑eligible or board‑certified Psychiatrist. Conduct assessments, lead treatment planning, supervise psychology and related services for adult and adolescent patients, and contribute to program development within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop treatment plans. Oversee psychotherapy and other psychological services. Support staff to maintain a therapeutic, recovery‑oriented milieu. Participate in program development and quality improvement. Qualifications MD or DO with psychiatry board eligibility or certification. Licensure or eligibility to practice psychiatry in Alaska. Experience in inpatient or forensic settings preferred.
