About the Opportunity

The Michele Robicheaux Agency is hiring a licensed producer for a hybrid sales role in Youngsville, LA. This position comes with access to Brightway's national carrier network and agency support, plus commission with no cap on earnings.

What You'll Do Day to Day

• Sell personal lines insurance (auto, home, life) to new and existing clients
• Work agency-provided leads from initial contact to close
• Identify the right coverage for each customer through consultative selling
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

What You'll Need

• Active P&C insurance license required
• 1–3 years of insurance or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with a consultative sales approach
• Self-directed and comfortable managing your own workload in a hybrid setup
