About Team Our team partners closely with retail and e-commerce business units to deliver innovative technology solutions that improve customer experiences across digital and in-store channels. Key focus areas include customer experience, store operations, merchant tools, data science, and search and personalization. We are focused on building end-to-end customer experience, from finding the product to delivering it to the customer. What you'll do: Developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning techniques, particularly in personalization and recommendation systems for conversational agents. Researching and building advanced algorithms utilizing deep learning, reinforcement learning, Generative AI, and computer vision techniques. Collaborating with tech leads on top-down or bottom-up initiatives and priorities Develop data models and iteratively improve them based on new data insights Design, architect data models.
