Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active New Hampshire state license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient or post-acute care preferred.
• Familiarity with common skilled nursing documentation systems and experience with restorative and geriatric populations preferred.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• VMS Contract Weeks: 14 week assignment.
