What You’ll Do
- Assemble and wire industrial control panels from start to finish
- Read and interpret electrical schematics
- Use hand tools and shop equipment to bring systems to life
- Support installation at client sites when needed
- Build skills to advance into engineering, design, or project management roles

Responsibilities and Duties
- Read and understand electrical AutoCAD wiring schematics thoroughly for BW clients
- Complete control panel independently from start to finish
- Operate all shop equipment proficiently as needed for a required job
- Proficiently prepare wire labels and chicklets
- Proficient with all BW procedures
- Work at a client site when needed
- Ability to independently build complex control panels
- Ability to lead a project when necessary
- Proficient using all hand tools in order to complete panel building work

- Ability to read and understand wiring schematics

Wage: $20 - $36/hour with medical, dental, life insurance, 401K and other benefits.
