Mid Software Engineer

Belay Technologies is seeking a Mid Software Engineer to join our intel team. The ideal candidate shall work with the Content Presentation team to make data actionable to users by displaying data to analysts in a safe and secure environment. The team develops parsers and displays to convert and enrich data into meaningful intelligence views. This position is for a Java Server Pages (JSP) developer. The developer will be responsible for maintaining a highly-used production system. The developer will work directly with the customer and users to improve user workflows and provide improved capabilities.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• 14 years with a Bachelor's in Computer Science (or related field) or 18 years without the degree.

Candidates are required to have the following skills:

• Experience supporting development and execution of test procedures for software components
• Experience generating technical documentation
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Experience with Amazon Web Services
• Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience ensuring quality control of developed and modified software
• Experience with the following technologies:
• Git Java, C++, or Python Relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
