About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an ABA Therapist with Golden Care Therapy NY, you'll work one-on-one with children with Autism, developing and implementing customized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals. Your expertise will help us provide exceptional care and support to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with Autism

• Implement evidence-based ABA therapy techniques to address client goals and objectives

• Provide regular progress reports to families and collaborate with them to modify treatment plans as needed

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new treatment approaches and strategies

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Must have a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques

• Experience working with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with insurance billing and paperwork processes
