What you’ll do as the Online Learning Specialist: Develop, manage, and enhance online learning programs by coordinating content creation, maintaining LMS functionality, and ensuring continuing education requirements are met. Plan and execute webinars and virtual learning events, including project management, speaker coordination, live facilitation, participant support, and certificate administration. Oversee learning technology platforms and data management by integrating LMS, webinar, and AMS to optimize the learner’s experience and reporting capabilities. Serve as Program Director for the Assisted Living Director Licensing Course, managing curriculum updates, student engagement, regulatory compliance, and program promotion. Support educational conferences and professional development initiatives through marketing, logistics coordination, budget planning, and collaboration with internal teams and subject matter experts. What you’ll need to thrive: Bachelor’s degree; or 1 – 2 years related experience or training; equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the public.
