Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and nuanced assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, ensuring that personalized treatment plans are created to address individual challenges and goals.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services using secure virtual platforms, adapting your approach based on the unique preferences and requirements of each client.

• Collaborate actively with clients, guiding them in establishing therapeutic objectives and providing continuous support throughout their treatment journey.

• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet clients' needs, whether through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other methodologies.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.

Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults, presenting various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000, contingent upon caseload and experience.
