Hose Installation Technician

As a Hose Installation Technician, you will be operating out of a PIRTEK Service & Supply Center in a purpose-built mobile hose workshop/van and carrying out service calls in the local area. This provides the opportunity to develop relationships with new and existing customers. Successful candidates will be fully trained to operate a purpose-built PIRTEK service truck fitted with specialized equipment designed to fabricate flexible hose assemblies on site. Responsibilities Service, assemble and install hoses for a diverse customer base Carry out service calls in the local area Develop relationships with new and existing customers Adhere to all industry and PIRTEK safety standards Ensure oil spills / environmental contaminants from hose failure and/or repair are cleaned or contained to customer’s satisfaction and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Maintain mobile service unit, tools, and equipment Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues on-site and conducting frequent follow-up visits Participate in the rotating on‑call schedule (with increased incentive pay) Perform other related duties as assigned Skills & Abilities Needed Ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend, and/or stoop for moderate to extended periods Safely use ladders, step‑ups, stairs, etc. Mechanically inclined – consistent use of hand tools and specialized equipment required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to safely and lawfully drive a large work van Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or GED Mechanically inclined Good communication skills Positive attitudeSelf‑motivated Clean driving record Benefits Competitive salary (depending on experience) Bonus based on performance Company car / vehicle Health insurance Paid time off Training & development On‑call incentive pay Certified training Career advancement opportunities Compensation: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour Be part of one of the fastest-growing franchises in the U.S., helping essential industries operate.
