  • Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to effectively meet the diverse needs of clients.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address client concerns and goals.

  • Collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary healthcare teams, consisting of medical professionals, therapists, and social workers, to ensure holistic care for all clients.

  • Engage in continuous professional development through supervision, workshops, and peer consultation to enhance therapeutic techniques and support improved client outcomes.

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client sessions, tracking progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed in accordance with ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Clients may seek therapy for various concerns including relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral challenges. The therapist will play a critical role in utilizing therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, to foster resilience and promote positive change across different life stages.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as an employer-supported 401(k) retirement plan.
