Electrophysiology Physician

Position Overview: We are seeking 2 Electrophysiology (EP) Cardiologists to join a well-established practice with a large referral base in the Metro Birmingham area.

Responsibilities

• Performing EP procedures in-office, including Echo, Vascular Ultrasound, Stress tests, PET, CT, Event and Holter monitors, ABI
• Managing outpatient clinic with approximately 30 patients per day
• Handling in-hospital patient care and procedures with support staff
• Sharing call duties, including weekday primary call (1:6) and weekend call (1:7-8) with a team of two
• Participating in holiday coverage and sharing on-call duties equally

Qualifications & Skills

• Training in Internal Medicine, Interventional Cardiology, and EP fellowship
• Experience preferred; a new graduate may be considered for one position
• Focus on patient-centered care with a collaborative team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary with discretionary bonuses in the mid $400s
• $12K moving allowance, $3K CME allowance + 5 days
