Job Title: Senior Production Support & Systems Analyst (Cloud/AWS)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Production Support & Systems Analyst to lead the operational stability of our mission-critical, data-intensive application suite. In this role, you will be the technical expert supporting a 24/7 environment, bridging the gap between high-level business objectives and complex, cloud-native technical troubleshooting.
This is a high-impact position for an analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment where system uptime is non-negotiable. You will manage end-to-end incident resolution, perform deep-dive data analysis, and act as a technical consultant to a diverse group of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Incident Management
• Technical Troubleshooting: Provide 24/7 technical leadership to resolve complex application and infrastructure incidents. Utilize your deep technical expertise to perform root-cause analysis and implement preventative solutions.
• Incident Ownership: Own the full incident management lifecycle-from initial triage and impact analysis to final resolution and post-mortem documentation.
• System Health: Perform proactive system monitoring and health checks. Identify and evaluate performance bottlenecks, developing processes that increase operational efficiency.

Systems Analysis & Data Operations
• Cloud Operations: Leverage your expertise in AWS ecosystems (including Serverless, Data Warehousing, and Compute) to maintain and enhance application performance.
• Data Integrity: Write and execute complex queries across multiple database environments (e.g., Oracle, Redshift, PostgreSQL) to perform in-depth research and data verification.
• Collaborative Improvement: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. Lead testing activities for new enhancements and ensure all training documentation is current and effective.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience Baseline: 5+ years of experience in production support or business systems analysis.
• Technical Mastery: Intermediate-to-expert level query writing (SQL/Oracle). Hands-on proficiency with AWS services (S3, Lambda, EC2, ECS, Glue, etc.) and application architectures.
• Operational Readiness: Ability to support a 24/7 environment, including participating in scheduled on-call rotations, after-hours support, and weekend shifts.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills. You must be able to influence stakeholders and leadership while remaining professional under pressure during high-stakes outages.

Preferred Attributes
• Proven success managing mission-critical applications within a fast-paced, regulated, or high-availability industry.
• Familiarity with modern observability tools (e.g., Grafana, CloudWatch) to visualize and resolve system issues.
• A "proactive" mindset: You don't just wait for tickets; you identify trends in logs and system behavior to prevent issues before they occur.
