What You’ll DoAs a Veterinary Client Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our hospital, ensuring every client and pet feels valued and cared for. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing phone lines with professionalism and care.
- Handling check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and a smile.
- Scheduling appointments and ensuring smooth client flow.
- Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure.
- Providing a warm, welcoming experience for every client and their furry friends.
We’re searching for someone who:
- Excels at multi-tasking and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- Stays cool under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities.
- Has strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
- Is punctual, reliable, and works well with a team.
- Brings a positive, welcoming attitude to every interaction.

No prior experience is required, but a love for animals and a commitment to excellent service are a must!
Shift OptionsWe offer flexible shift options to fit your schedule:
- Morning Shift: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM (Limited spots available!)
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
