Graduate Nurse

Cedar Ridge Center – WV, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehab facility in Sissonville, seeks a Graduate Nurse to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care. Under RN supervision, you’ll provide daily nursing care, support rehab goals, and help manage complex clinical needs. You’ll assist with assessments, medications per scope, documentation, and care planning while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
