Energy & Infrastructure Associate (Finance & Tax Equity)

Our client, a leading global law firm with a premier Energy & Infrastructure practice, is seeking associates with 2+ years of experience in finance or tax equity transactions to join its nationally recognized team. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated, market-leading transactions in the renewable energy, power, infrastructure, and broader energy sectors alongside a collaborative team of attorneys dedicated exclusively to energy and infrastructure matters. Responsibilities Advise clients on a wide range of finance and tax equity transactions. Represent sponsors, investors, lenders, and developers in the financing and development of energy and infrastructure projects. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and related agreements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex domestic and cross-border matters. Provide strategic and practical legal counsel throughout all phases of project financing and execution. Qualifications 2 to 9+ years of relevant experience in finance, project finance, tax equity, or related transactional matters. Prior experience in the energy and infrastructure sector is highly preferred but not required. Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Excellent academic credentials. Admission to and good standing with the State bar of the office in which the candidate will be located.
