Podcast Producer & Manager for Technology-Focused Executive Podcast We're seeking a highly skilled podcast producer to help launch and manage a professional podcast for our management consulting firm. The podcast will feature executive-level discussions on disruptive technologies including artificial intelligence, blockchain, and business transformation strategies. We need someone who can take full ownership of the production process and deliver a polished, professional listening experience that reflects our brand's premium positioning. Key Responsibilities Production & Technical Management Record, edit, and produce podcast episodes using professional tools (Riverside, Descript, Zoom, or similar platforms) Ensure exceptional audio quality and seamless listener experience across all episodes Handle post-production editing including intro/outro music, sound leveling, and removal of filler words or technical issues Guest Coordination & Scheduling Proactively manage guest outreach, scheduling, and calendar coordination Send briefing materials and technical setup instructions to guests Conduct follow-ups and maintain professional communication throughout the process Prepare guests for a smooth recording experience Content Support Draft compelling show notes and episode descriptions optimized for discoverability Create episode summaries and key takeaway highlights Assist with content distribution strategy and promotional materials Suggest improvements to format, content, and guest selection Requirements Required Skills & Experience Proven experience producing professional podcasts, preferably in business or technology sectors Expertise with podcasting tools such as Riverside, Descript, Zoom, Audacity, or Adobe Audition Strong audio editing skills and understanding of audio engineering principles Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently Experience coordinating with high-level business executives or industry leaders Preferred Qualifications Background in technology, consulting, or B2B content production Familiarity with AI, blockchain, or business transformation topics Experience growing podcast audiences and optimizing for distribution Knowledge of SEO best practices for podcast show notes and descriptions Portfolio of previous podcast work demonstrating professional quality Estimated Time Commitment:10-15 hours per week (flexible based on episode frequency) Budget Type:Hourly rate Project Duration:Ongoing with potential for long-term partnership #J-18808-Ljbffr Strategy MA
