Supervisory Management and Program Analyst

Duties
Develop plans, milestones, and policy for the accomplishment of assigned functions and on an immediate and long-range basis.
Review and analyze data to determine problem areas and direct root cause analyses and actions for resolution.
Ensure timely performance of work and that quality and process improvement standards are met.
Represent area of responsibility at conferences and meetings held on-post or externally, with authority to make depot commitments within the area of responsibility.
Brief management and major subordinate commands on original concept, solutions to problems, and resolves conflicts on difficult technical questions.
Administer the personnel management program.
Work directly with depot leadership to formulate, develop, and implement processes that evaluate, correct, and improve customer service and satisfaction.
Initiating and conducting studies to improve the effectiveness of industrial production and manufacturing processes.
