The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a critical strategic role within OneMagnify, serving as a trusted advisor and primary HR point of contact for designated department leaders. This role effectively functions as the Head of HR for their assigned business units, leading the people strategy and ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives. The HRBP will anticipate organizational needs, proactively identify challenges, and implement solutions in talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement. This high-impact, high-visibility role requires a strong leader with outstanding influencing skills and who can get results in a fast-paced environment. What you’ll do: Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to department leaders, acting as their primary HR point of contact. Create and implement tailored people strategies that directly align with strategic objectives and contribute to long‑term growth. Anticipate organizational needs and proactively identify challenges related to talent, structure, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Partner with leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to create and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies. Lead and influence cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from strategy development to implementation. Navigate complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and discretion, balancing the needs of the business with a people‑first approach. What you’ll need Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Leader supporting senior leadership. Experience in marketing, technology, or consulting industries is a plus. Ability to own and lead HR strategy for business units with minimal oversight. Demonstrated ability to build and implement strategic HR plans. Exceptional influence, relationship management, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments preferred.
