Whether you are a seasoned clinician or a passionate new graduate, we offer the mentorship and resources to help you thrive in your career.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive initial assessments, taking into account medical history, functional limitations, and patient goals.Treatment Planning: Develop and execute customized, evidence-based physical therapy programs.Hands-on Care: Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate recovery.Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with regulatory standards.Collaboration: Communicate effectively with physicians, family members, and other healthcare team members to coordinate optimal patient care.Education: Instruct patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program (Master’s or Doctorate degree).Licensure: Current or eligible State Physical Therapist License.Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification- preferred but not requiredSkills: Strong clinical reasoning, excellent interpersonal communication, and a team-first mindset.
