Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide direct resident care and assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed
• Take and document vital signs
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and well-being
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Compassion for an underserved population
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, professional, and resident-focused
