As our VP Global People Intelligence & Digital Transformation , you will establish and lead a global Center of Excellence that combines workforce planning, people analytics, HR technology and AI‑driven innovation. This newly created leadership role sits at the intersection of People, Finance and Technology and will shape how we make workforce decisions across more than 1,000 employees in multiple countries. You will build the intelligence layer of our global People organization by creating transparency around workforce planning, personnel costs, organizational effectiveness and business performance while modernizing our HR technology landscape. You will enable leaders to make smarter decisions through analytics, automation and AI.
