HVAC Service Technician

Installs and repairs various air quality systems. Main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services, PM, and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items. *Rotate on weekends for emergency service calls ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Removing old systems Installing new systems Performing routine maintenance Communicating with clients and customers Ordering and maintaining equipment Meeting local HVAC codes Locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment Performing emergency repairs on equipment Conducting warranty services Customer Service Oriented A professional working relationship with immediate supervisor The above list of essential functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary. NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 3-4 yrs experienced Commercial/Industrial Air Conditioning Ability to read and write employee communication pieces and routine business correspondence; speak effectively before customers and employees within organization SUCCESS FACTORS/JOB COMPETENCIES Must have full time Commercial/Industrial repair and installation experience as well as the ability to trouble shoot a mechanical issue. Ability to work with very little supervision Quickly to diagnose problem with the equipment Work with a positive attitude Maintains composure while dealing with deadlines and/or request HVAC state licenses and relevant certificates #J-18808-Ljbffr
