Our Project Managers earn 3% commission on sold jobs, upsells, and change orders.

That means when you take care of the customer, identify additional opportunities, and help grow the project—you have the opportunity to grow your own income too.

We want a Project Manager who can take ownership of a job from start to finish.

Someone who can communicate with homeowners, coordinate subcontractors, solve problems in the field, protect the company's reputation, and recognize opportunities to improve or expand the customer's project.

If you're organized, driven, good with people, understand construction, and have a little bit of a sales mindset, this could be a great opportunity for you.
