This role focuses on delivering global initiatives within the region while ensuring alignment with local business needs. You will collaborate across teams to improve processes, implement technology, and deliver measurable operational outcomes through expertise and influence.ResponsibilitiesExecute the Legal Operations roadmap across North America, aligning global priorities with regional needsAct as a subject-matter expert on legal operations processes, service delivery models, and legal technologyDesign and implement systems, processes, and workflows including intake, triage, and matter managementLead the rollout and adoption of legal technology tools such as CLM, e-billing, workflow, and reporting solutionsTrack performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvementsSupport continuous improvement of service delivery models and operational frameworksCollaborate across a matrixed environment to influence stakeholders and drive executionBridge global Legal Operations strategy with regional delivery and feedbackRequirementsExperience in Legal Operations, business operations, consulting, or a related field with a focus on implementation and deliveryStrong program execution and project management capabilitiesAbility to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into outcomesExperience driving adoption, change, and operational improvement through collaboration and expertiseExperience in a technology, information services, software, data, analytics, AI, or SaaS environmentFamiliarity with commercial legal workflows and related operational areas such as privacy, compliance, or risk managementHands-on experience with legal operations platforms including CLM, e-billing, matter management, workflow automation, reporting, and AI toolsWork in a Way That Works for YouWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

If performed in New York, the base pay range is $126,900 - $211,500.If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $138,400 - $230,700.If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $115,400 - $192,300.If performed in Ohio, the base pay range is $109,500 - $182,700.

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
