Stocking 2 Coach, Non-Complex, Management Location: Hastings, NE Annual Salary: $65,000 - $80,000/yr Employment type: Regular / Permanent Position Summary This role is responsible for leading the stocking operations of a Walmart store area, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, driving financial performance, and building a high‑performing team. What you'll do Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback. Tours and teaches associates, communicates and collaborates with all levels regarding store operations, utilizes technology and business initiatives, merchandising and company direction, introduces and leads company change efforts, and provides clear expectations and guidance to implement business solutions. Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards, manages and supports customer service initiatives, resolves customer complaints, and provides process improvement leadership. Drives financial performance by reviewing profitability, managing budgeting and forecasting, controlling expenses, ensuring effective merchandising presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and mitigating shrink to achieve sales and profit goals. Provides supervision with hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, recognizing associates, and promoting a workplace of belonging. Ensures compliance with company policies, supports the Open Door Policy, maintains integrity, and fosters a culture of belonging and continuous learning. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college, OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For facilities that sell firearms: successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training. For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state specific requirements: a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required. Associates must attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, performing performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
