About the Position

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg experience
• Previous travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)
• Level I Trauma experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• Active RN License or Compact License (must be active at submission)
• BLS and NIHSS required (ACLS preferred)
• IV Start skills required

Unit Details:
• Med/Surg/Tele unit caring for Ortho, GI, Bariatric, CHF, AKI/CKD, and general medical patients
• Ratios typically 1:6–1:7 (goal 1:5)
• Adult & Geriatric population
• 45-bed unit with average census of 42

Additional Information:
• 48 hours/week guaranteed
• Weekend and on-call requirements as needed
• Floating may occur to like units/campuses within 20 miles
• EPIC experience preferred
