Boys' private high school seeking teachers for Science 9-11 (Chemistry, Biology, & Physical Science) to join our team!
Small classes
Standard classrooms
The successful candidate will possess a keen understanding of the needs of high school students as well as an appreciation for their common struggles and issues with the subject matter.
Expectations: Maintain high standards of professionalism, demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, implementation of instructional best practices.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare materials for lectures and presentations.
- Assign, correct and grade assignments, classroom work, and tests and quizzes.
- Issue quarterly progress reports and semester report cards.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communication.
- Competitive compensation per period commensurate with experience.
