Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a Client Coordinator to maximize service sales within our salon and spa, while exceeding guest expectations. You will be the first and last point of contact, handling scheduling, product sales, billing and checkout, and ensuring a smooth guest experience. The role is part time (<30 hours/week) with responsibilities including greeting guests, scheduling services, educating guests on services, cross-selling, and maintaining client records.
