Medical Support Assistant

Job Title
Duties include but not limited to:
- Make computer entries to record arrival of patients to the vaccine clinic.
- Keep current with nursing staff on patient actions and movements in the clinic.
- Verify, update, and enter demographic information in the computer system.
- Look for delays or problems in processing patient's scheduled treatment or follow-up care and as appropriate.
- Serve as communications coordinator for the vaccine clinic, receiving telephone calls and responding or referring these to the appropriate resource person.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:30am-4:00pm
