Commissioning Manager

Holder Construction is seeking an MEP Field Coordinator to join our MEP Building Technology team on projects in Herndon, Culpeper, and Richmond, VA. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Virginia with responsibilities across the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of commercial construction experience with large MEP systems, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
