Job Title: Administrative AssociateJob Description The Administrative Associate plays a vital role in clerical tasks related to seed corn production, encompassing inbound processing, outbound distribution, and process order creation and support. The role requires familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field, leveraging experience and judgment to achieve goals. The position operates under general supervision and typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Responsibilities

• Perform clerical work related to seed corn production.
• Manage inbound processing and outbound distribution tasks.
• Create and support process orders.
• Apply standard concepts, practices, and procedures in daily tasks.
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Essential Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in administrative and business support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Extensive computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
• Understanding of clerical and administrative procedures and systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications + Diploma in a related field. Work Environment This position requires working onsite five days a week in an office setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Grinnell, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
