Independent Practice | $285K W2 | 11 Weeks Off + Post-Call Days

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join our service-focused anesthesia team at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital in San Marcos, TX . Work alongside a seasoned group of 9 CRNAs and 2 MDs at a community hospital that offers a wide scope of carejust under an hour from both Austin and San Antonio.

Position Highlights:

• $285,000 W2
\n
• 11 weeks off per year + post-call days
\n
• Cases: General Surgery, Orthopedic, Endo/GI, OB/GYN
\n
• Call is 1:9, post-call off, and two 24-hour OB shifts per month.
\n
• OB deliveries average <75/month
\n
• CRNAs cover 5 sites of service daily
\n
• Collaborative team with strong autonomy and mutual support
\n

\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Board Certified CRNA
\n
• Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred, but were happy to train
\n

\n
