Responsibilities: Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews Partner closely with recruiters throughout the hiring process Manage candidate scheduling and communications Prepare offer documentation and support pre-onboarding Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting operations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 1+ year of recruiting, HR, or professional corporate experience (internship experience will also be considered) Exceptional organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and calendar management Professional, polished, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Details: Miami, FL (Brickell) Monday–Friday, fully onsite 12-month contract with strong potential for extension or permanent conversion #J-18808-Ljbffr Career Group
