Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to assess clients’ mental health status, comprehensively understanding their needs, history, and challenges. \n
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients’ specific mental health issues and treatment goals. \n
- Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet diverse client needs. \n
- Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for clients preferring teletherapy, ensuring accessibility for those facing barriers to in-person visits. \n
- Maintain organized and timely documentation that adheres to ethical standards and regulatory requirements, utilizing digital healthcare record systems. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through training, conferences, and workshops to continually enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of new methodologies. \n
You will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults facing numerous mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required. \n
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is necessary. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues. \n
- Exhibit a compassionate and empathetic demeanor, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment. \n
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities. \n

- Experience working in a community health setting or clinical practice is preferred. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online client management systems is advantageous. \n
- Knowledge of a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet the diverse needs of clients. \n

- Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload. \n
