Responsibilities

• Assist with customer and community outreach activities
• Communicate information about products services and promotions
• Help respond to general questions and provide accurate information
• Prepare and distribute informational and promotional materials
• Support communication activities at events and promotional locations
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant information with the team
• Assist with organizing outreach schedules and materials
• Help maintain clear and consistent communication during promotional activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional approachable and dependable
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable speaking with customers and community members
• Previous communications customer service retail or promotional experience is helpful but not required
