Inc. – $895 million (largest stock option backdating recovery in history) Position Overview Litigation Support Clerks provide varying degrees of assistance to attorneys, paralegals, and Litigation Support Project Managers and Analysts at the Firm with a focus on litigation support. This is a full-time non-exempt position in our San Francisco, California office. Key Responsibilities Organizing, indexing, coding, and printing of legal documents stored in databases Research related to the Firm’s caseload Creating and organizing witness, exhibit, trial, or depo binders Delivering documents to the courts Hand delivering documents to other firms and offices Miscellaneous physical work (i.e. moving furniture, hanging pictures, shredding documents, and doing small repairs and light assembly) Qualifications & Experience Education Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel basics and web-based document retrieval and research processes General knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Physical Requirements Sitting for long periods of time while working on a desktop computer Lift up to 40 lbs Bending, squatting, walking, and reaching Core Competencies Learning and understanding the Firm’s Code of Conduct and related expectations for collaboration, client service, being wise and thoughtful with Firm resources and money and confidentiality obligations Familiarity with services provided by the Firm Strength in interacting with colleagues of all levels both within and outside of the Firm Ability to think outside the box to complete a wide variety of technical tasks Ability to adjust work schedule and be dependable Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with some flexibility to work overtime, if needed Ability to work in office at the San Francisco office Very strong communication skills to seek understanding of project requests Attention to detail to ensure the work product has no errors Ability to occasionally travel by plane, train, or car if needed.
