We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative, innovative work environment that encourages growth and development.The Accounts Receivable Associate plays an important role in supporting Tripleseat's financial operations while ensuring a positive experience for our customers throughout the billing and collections process. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment processing, account reconciliation, and following up on outstanding balances. You'll communicate directly with customers to resolve billing questions and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to address discrepancies and keep accounts accurate and up to date. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable balancing customer communication with financial responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.This position has a hybrid work schedule based out of our Concord, MA office. This position is open to candidates eligible to work in the United States. Additional travel may be required for meetings, company events, and training.What You'll OwnManage the full accounts receivable cycle, including generating and sending invoices, tracking outstanding balances, and following up on overdue accountsCommunicate directly with customers to resolve billing inquiries, process payments, and maintain positive working relationships throughout the collections processReconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies to ensure records are accurate and up to dateProcess incoming payments across multiple payment channels and apply them correctly to customer accountsCollaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to resolve billing issues and support a smooth customer experienceGenerate and review AR aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and escalate issues as neededSupport month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting related to accounts receivableOther related duties as assignedWhat You'll BringStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfort communicating with customers regarding billing and payment mattersAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with accounting or Tripleseat is a plusPrevious experience in accounts receivable, billing, customer service, or a related field is helpful but not requiredSalary Range: $50,000 to $65,000 annuallyCompensation is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skill set, geographic location, and alignment with our internal compensation framework.
