Position Overview The Club at Bella Collina eagerly seeks a self-motivated and customer-focused Assistant Golf Professional. In this role, the Assistant Golf Professional will be encouraged to cultivate their career aspirations with determination. Under the guidance of the Head Golf Professional, they will receive support and mentorship to stay aligned with their professional career. Compensation package includes full benefits and a competitive starting salary Experience Required Registered PGA Associate working towards Class A or Class A member. Previous experience in a golf-related role or relevant education in golf management. Passion for wanting to grow professional career. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Knowledge of golf equipment, rules, and etiquette. Essential Responsibilities Assist in managing the total golf operations in a professional and efficient manner. Provide excellent customer service, professional advice and assistance to all members and guests. Control and manage play; ensure guest check-in and coordination. Provide golf instruction and clinics that are consistent with instructional methods, policies, and procedures. Assist in the display, inventory control, promotion, and sales of merchandise. Assist in managing tournaments, outings and weekly events. Assist to ensure that the golf course is properly marked for daily play and all club competitions. Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times. Be informed on and promote all club activities and services.
