Remote Ops Specialist: Data & Custodian Setup

Operations Specialist | Custodial Operations & Strategic Projects Our corporate team in Plymouth, MN is hiring an Operations Specialist who will support end-to-end acquisition data integration for Operations and act as liaison for custodial access and advisor team set up. The role allows working remotely with occasional in-office visits. Base salary range: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 , exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Eligible for an annual corporate bonus. Primary Job Functions Data Reconciliation Establish data connectivity with custodians/data aggregators Review and reconcile account data received during account assignment process Communicate transition timelines and provide reports to internal departments Enter account attributes into portfolio accounting system for newly acquired offices, ensuring data conforms to WEG (Wealth Enhancement Group) standards Resolve outstanding issues related to missing data/accounts Custodian Set-Up Access Process requests for system access for internal users and portfolio accounting portal Process requests for new master, G#, and rep codes Maintain and update central list of firm rep codes/masters with custodians Provide internal “customer” support, responding quickly to high-volume time-sensitive requests from multiple internal teams Audit & Data Integrity Support Support regulatory audits and ADV reporting requirements Generate and request reports from custodians for ADV reporting Conduct periodic quality reviews to ensure data in portfolio accounting system is presented accurately for ADV and GIPS reporting Work with manager to resolve data integrity issues Handle other projects assigned by Operations Education & Qualifications 1-3 years of professional office or administrative experience, preferably within financial services Organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to prioritize workflow and projects Strong analytical and general computer skills with problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software Strong Excel skills required Familiarity with Salesforce preferred Salary & Compensation WEG hires employees based on role, experience, qualifications, skills, and credentials. The associate-level salary grade is $58,300.00 to $81,600.00 . The base salary range for this position is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 as the starting range.
