Responsibilities Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget. Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale. Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home. Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers. Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market. Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction. Deliver a luxury-level client experience from first contact to closing. Qualifications Must have a valid Real Estate License. Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car. Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends. 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience. Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury properties, is essential. Ability to guide clients through the home-buying process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. Proven track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and listing agents, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. Proficiency in creating and managing essential real estate documents, such as purchase agreements and closing statements. Ability to deliver a high-touch, luxury client experience from initial contact through to closing, fostering long-term relationships.
