Assistant Nurse ManagerThe Assistant Nurse Manager's duties and responsibilities are assisting the Nursing Director in building and maintaining a high reliable culture of safety. He/she helps their manager by overseeing the daily operations of their units to ensure the department runs smoothly and effectively.Demonstrates competency, individually and as part of the multidisciplinary team, in performing clinical care and assessment of all patient populations.Strategic Management Responsibilities:Relationship Management and Influencing Behavior Responsibilities:Personal and Professional Accountability:Requirements: Masters Degree preferred, B.S.N. or proof of academic achievement toward B.S.N. degree. Current licensure with the State of Rhode Island as a registered nurse.
