Regional Production Director/On-Air Talent

Job Description

SummitMedia is searching for an experienced Production Director who's responsible for all aspects of audio production. Candidates should be proficient in writing, voice-over and producing; conducting client recording sessions; and working directly with sales.

SummitMedia is an integrated broadcasting, digital media, direct marketing, and events company.

Key Responsibilities:

Reimagine commercial content and production to reflect current culture
Reconcile and track missing elements
Plan, schedule, and coordinate client recording sessions
Voice spots and secure VO from local on-air talent and other resources
Collaborate with the traffic hub, market presidents, sales and programming leadership, the strategic campaign specialist/copywriter, and network and regional production directors to develop new ideas for our clients
Monitor projects from pre-production through delivery
Draft initial production schedules and planning documents
Coordinate multiple projects and content production that align with the project timeline, estimates, and scope

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of successful audio production experience
Proficiency in Zetta/NexGen, AIM/Mr. Master, Adobe Audition, vCreative, etc.
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task and focus on multiple campaigns
Collaborative and works well in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with air staff, departments, and clients
Willingness to participate in the creative process for social and digital media
