Campus Worship Leader/Pastor

The Campus Worship Leader/Pastor serves as the primary worship leader for the West Palm Beach campus, guiding the congregation into the presence of God both pastorally and musically. This role contributes to and supports Journey Worship’s central mission by leading worship services, developing volunteer teams, and partnering closely with campus and central leadership to create presence-driven worship environments. They create space for authentic worship encounters by preparing intentionally while remaining open to what the Holy Spirit is doing in the moment. Vision Carrier: This leader carries the broader vision of the worship ministry and the church. They inspire unity and alignment across the team, translating goals and priorities into clear, achievable action plans that move the ministry forward. Culture Champion: This leader lives Journey’s staff values of growth, humility, positivity, and relationships. They create a team culture where authenticity and encouragement thrive, and they build relational equity through presence off-platform, not just on it. People Developer: This leader invests in the spiritual and musical growth of volunteers through hands-on mentoring and healthy modeling. They develop leaders from within and cultivate a culture where feedback is welcomed and given with grace. Collaborative Operator: This leader brings systems thinking, structure, and follow-through to a growing campus environment. They ensure scheduling, team health, and service quality are managed well, while communicating effectively across worship, production, and campus teams.
