Brand / Product Manager

Abbott seeks a Brand/Product Manager to develop and manage its Infectious Disease diagnostic franchise. The role involves global product strategy, marketing planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer value and drive business growth in the diagnostics space.

Responsibilities

Support global product strategy and commercialization of Infectious Disease diagnostic portfolio
Build and execute global marketing plans to position product lines and drive business growth
Serve as subject matter expert on product positioning, claims, competitive landscape, and performance
Lead product development direction and support launch execution with sales tools and customer communications
Collaborate across R&D, commercial, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget product launches

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or related technical field
5+ years product marketing or brand marketing experience in healthcare or medical products
Product management and launch experience, including go-to-market planning
Strong presentation, communication, and strategic planning capabilities
Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence without formal authority
Experience developing marketing content and materials
IVD or diagnostics field experience strongly preferred

Compensation: $86,700–$173,300 base
