I am looking to add another team member with State Farm sales experience, with the desire to be successful and make a difference!
If you have a solid track record and the ability to complete and close the sale, the income opportunity is endless! My name is Alan Neal, and I am an independent contractor agent for State Farm and any employment offered will be working for Alan Neal State Farm Agency and not State Farm.
State Farm Agents market only State Farm products. Responsibilities:
- Achieving monthly sales goals on Property & Casualty
- Achieving monthly sales goals on Life and Health insurance (required)
- Follow the processes, word tracks and multiline to each customer
- Establish customer relationships and follow ups
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance products
- Call on internet leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and offer appropriate products and services modified to fit each customers individual needs
- The ability to successfully sell Home, Auto, Life and Health insurance, ask for referrals and Google reviews
- Achieve monthly P&C and Life/Health goals for commissions
- Call internet leads & follow the process
- Search in book opportunities to multi-line
- Continuous training
- Salary based on experience, success and the drive to grow
- Daily, weekly and monthly goals
- End of year bonus (based on office achieving yearly goals)
- Earn PTO, Sick Days and bonus time off
This is a remote position.
