Lead Electrical Engineer

As a Lead Electrical Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in leading and managing electrical engineering projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components. The Lead Electrical Engineer owns the design of integrated gas skid and station solutions that support safe, reliable fuel-gas supply for mission-critical data center gas power infrastructure. Fuel gas skids and station solutions include fuel gas conditioning skids, gas flow metering skids, pressure regulation and monitoring skids and gas composition analysis stations. This role delivers safe, reliable, constructible, and cost-effective designs for large projects. Delivering complete and accurate design packages on schedule while ensuring compliance with customer, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements; minimizing design-related rework during fabrication, installation, and commissioning; effectively managing technical risk, scope, cost, schedule, and interfaces; and driving continuous improvements through standardization, design reuse, and enhanced engineering efficiency.Success in this role is demonstrated through delivering complete and accurate work on schedule while ensuring compliance with customer, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements and minimizing rework while effectively managing technical risk, scope, cost, schedule, and interfaces and driving continuous improvements through standardization, design reuse, and enhanced engineering efficiency.You will report directly to our General Manager, and you’ll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.
