The Restaurant Managers and Kitchen Managers oversee large teams of more than 30 employees, ensuring the smooth operation of all restaurant and kitchen activities. Reporting directly to the General Manager, they manage daily operations through rotating shifts without requiring travel. Their focus is on maintaining high standards of customer service, quality control, and compliance while fostering staff development and efficient resource management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a large team to ensure effective collaboration and productivity
• Manage inventory control to maintain stock levels and reduce waste
• Oversee budgeting and expenses to meet financial targets
• Create and maintain staff schedules aligned with operational needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address concerns promptly
• Ensure quality assurance across food preparation and service
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Conduct training and development programs for team members
• Coordinate with vendors to secure supplies and negotiate terms
• Monitor food safety practices consistently
• Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Manage conflicts efficiently to maintain a positive work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant or kitchen management
